My intention is to serve the health of the community through serving the health of mothers, providing compassionate and respectful connection woven together with attentive care and skilled competency in the art of midwifery.

It is my belief that health and wellbeing cannot be divided from care rooted in community and relationship. My goal is always mother-led care which draws on traditional and modern elements of midwifery arts, and which involves getting to know each mother in the context of her unique and precious ecosystem. This means I am not just interested in your medical history or in doing routine clinical checks for you and your baby. I also want to get to know what brings you joy and fulfillment, what relationships shape and support your life, and what beliefs, vision, and wisdom you carry. I am not here to tell you what health decisions to make or judge your choices. Rather, I am here to walk alongside you and help to resource you as you choose what seems right to you at each juncture of care.

Alongside full-spectrum midwifery care, I offer educational resourcing for the community through classes, informational literature, women's groups, and a small birth and health related lending library.
