Womb Continuum Care: Manual Therapy
For Woman, By Woman.
Bodywork specifically focused on deep & effective care of female physiology
~ from menarche to menopause and beyond ~
for the woman who is committed to tending vibrant health and vitality in her body.
Womb Continuum Care is a holistic, integrative manual therapy approach to supporting female pelvic and abdominal health. Instead of seeing each symptom or body part in isolation, this work honors the intricately interconnected relationship between each and every part of your body.
Beginning with the most superficial layers of fascia and moving with slowness and attunement to the depths of the body, we work together to release adhesion, tend to scar tissue, bring organs into alignment, and improve the vital flow of lymph and blood. Releasing tension and restoring movement directly supports the innate health and vitality of your tissues at any age and stage of life.
This is attuned, intentional touch brought with reverence to every part of your body. This is bodywork in support of LIFE.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Please come to your session with clean skin! Avoid use of any oils, face or body makeup, lotions, fragrances, or perfumes on the day of your session.
To receive this work you must be fully sober and present in your body. This means refraining from all alcohol, cannabis, tobacco products, vape pens, psychedelics, and stimulants.
Sessions will best serve your body if you are well nourished, hydrated, and rested.

You may feel a wide array of physical sensations, from pleasure to numbness to extreme discomfort. Being present with the body means coming into awareness of what is held within tissues, and that can be a highly uncomfortable process. All sensations are welcome here, and we will move at the pace your tissues allow.

For women seeking to conceive, I recommend scheduling sessions during your follicular phase only. Once you have ovulated, wait to receive bodywork until 1) your period comes or 2) you have reached the second trimester of pregnancy.
During pregnancy, you may schedule any time after the first trimester. If you have specific concerns or are seeking bodywork primarily to support baby coming into better alignment before birth, please reach out so we can determine together what would be most helpful for you!

Due to the risk of an IUD becoming dislodged (and therefore ineffective) or injuring tissues during the session, this work is not available for women who have an IUD.
